LEGAL / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Arcwise AI marketing website at arcwisesi.cloud and the deployed preview, including the contact, early-access, and privacy-request forms that exist today. It distinguishes this website from the geographic context service we propose to build.

Published September 11, 2026

1. Who operates this website

Arcwise AI is the brand used for this pre-release project. A registered legal entity, business address, privacy officer, and governing jurisdiction have not been verified and are not claimed. Until those facts exist, use the privacy-request form for privacy questions or requests.

2. Information the site collects

When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, optional organization and role, the text of your request, the page used to submit it, and your optional product-update preference. The website assigns a request reference and stores a creation time and internal handling status.

We do not ask for payment details, passwords, API keys, precise live location, identity documents, connected-system credentials, source code, geographic datasets, or file uploads. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential datasets, or credentials in free-text fields.

3. How information is used

  • Review and respond to early-access, contact, product-research, security, and privacy requests.
  • Assess use-case fit, desired geographic coverage, and future product priorities.
  • Send occasional product research or launch updates only when you separately choose that option.
  • Protect the site, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.

Requesting access is not conditioned on agreeing to marketing. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.

4. Storage, service providers, and access

Form submissions are stored in a non-public Cloudflare D1 database provisioned through the OpenAI Sites hosting environment. The website and database are hosted through those services. Hosting infrastructure may process IP address, device, network, request, and security-log information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Submission records are not exposed through a public read endpoint. Access is limited to people authorized to operate this Arcwise AI project and service-provider personnel where needed to operate, secure, or support the hosting platform. No email-delivery provider is configured, so the site does not send submission confirmations.

5. Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

We have not added analytics, advertising tags, third-party embeds, fingerprinting, or nonessential cookies. The form does not use browser storage as its system of record. The hosting environment may use strictly necessary session or security mechanisms when a private preview requires sign-in. Because no nonessential tracking is implemented, this site does not display a decorative cookie-consent banner.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain a submission while it is reasonably needed to assess or respond to the request, maintain an appropriate record of the interaction, protect the site, or meet an applicable obligation. We have not implemented an automatic fixed deletion schedule and do not promise one here. You may request deletion through the privacy-request form; we will evaluate the request and may retain limited information when required for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information submitted through the site, or withdraw optional marketing permission, using the privacy-request form. Rights vary by location. We may ask you to verify control of the relevant email address before disclosing or changing a record.

8. The proposed Arcwise AI service

The website does not currently operate a geographic API or collect customer geographic queries, repository data, application credentials, connected-system content, or agent traces. A future service may process place inputs, geographic information, source attribution, API credentials, and agent requests. Its final providers, coverage, licensing, retention, security controls, and data-processing terms will be documented before such processing begins; this policy does not pretend those systems already exist.

9. Geographic information and third-party sources

Future location data may come from public, open, or appropriately licensed third-party sources with differing geographic coverage, freshness, accuracy, attribution, and reuse terms. Arcwise AI does not claim ownership of third-party source material or blanket redistribution rights. No future geographic result should be treated as suitable for emergency response, safety-critical navigation, surveying, or an authoritative regulatory determination without independent verification.

10. Children and changes

This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 18. We may revise this policy as the implementation changes. The publication date above will change when a material revision is posted.
