Website and Early Access Terms
These terms govern the public information, illustrative samples, and request forms available on the Arcwise AI website. They do not create a subscription, paid account, API license, or production-service agreement.
1. Current website only
You may browse original Arcwise AI content, interact with clearly labeled samples, and submit contact, early-access, security, or privacy requests. No live geographic API, MCP server, software download, production dashboard, connected data service, paid subscription, or checkout is offered today.
2. Pre-release requests
An access request expresses interest only. Requests are reviewed for fit, capacity, geography, and research needs. Submission does not guarantee selection, response, availability, launch timing, product scope, pricing, or future access. If a pilot is offered, a separate written agreement may govern permitted users, data, credentials, security, fees, licenses, support, retention, and termination.
3. Proposed features and pricing
Product descriptions, architecture, endpoints, schemas, integrations, coverage, fields, credit costs, quotas, limits, support channels, and prices are proposals for launch planning and may change or be withdrawn. Do not build a dependency or make a purchase decision on the assumption that a sample or proposal is available.
4. Sample geographic content
Maps, coordinates, structured responses, source traces, workflows, and code on this site are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. A sample location does not prove future coverage. Geographic data can be incomplete, stale, generalized, differently defined, or subject to third-party licensing. Independently verify information before using it in a consequential decision.
5. Your submissions
You represent that you may provide the information in a form and that it is accurate enough for us to process the request. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, confidential datasets, source code, or material you are not authorized to share. You keep ownership of your request text and permit us to use it to respond, evaluate product fit, plan features, and protect the site as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not misuse the site or any future pilot to target systems, property, accounts, or people you do not have authority to evaluate; evade security controls; conduct unlawful surveillance; or make prohibited high-impact decisions without required human oversight.
7. Arcwise AI content
The Arcwise AI brand, original site copy, visual system, diagrams, and software implementation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution. Third-party names and data remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for information and pre-release research. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that illustrative product concepts will launch. Nothing here is legal, engineering, surveying, insurance, lending, environmental, navigation, or safety advice.
9. Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for decisions made from website content and for maintaining human review where consequences are material. A verified legal operator and governing jurisdiction have not been established, so these website terms do not name or imply one. Before any commercial pilot or paid service, the applicable contracting party, governing law, liability allocation, and dispute process must be stated in the separate agreement.
